Total Mortality:
This is the total number of mortalities
since the beginning of the batch. This
value is displayed as a reading and can-
not be modified.
New Culled:
Post up the culled animals as they oc-
curs. Once the entered value is validated,
the display automatically returns to “0”.
The value is added to the
Total Culled
menu and removed from the remaining
count.
Total Culled:
This is the total number culled animals since the beginning of the batch. This
value is displayed as a reading and cannot be modified.
Remaining Count:
This is the total number of animals remaining in the house.
Initial Count - Total Mortality - Total Culled.
Start New Batch:
When a new batch starts, the animal age automatically returns to -5 days and
all the histories are reset
. Once the new batch is validated, the Start New
Batch menu returns to “No” once again. The new batch is then started.
