Inlet Settings: Openings

The following procedure shows how to program the inlet openings (for inlets that are

controlled by an IM-010 module only). If the air inlets are controlled by a Potentiometer

Feedback Inlet Controller (Pot.Ctrl), set the openings directly on the external controller.

Refer to section 4.5 to select which type of module is used for the inlet control (IM-010

or pot.ctrl).

The following parameters concern the

selected air inlet.

Opening Stage 0:

Set the opening of the selected inlet

when the fans are turned off during

the minimum ventilation cycles.

Opening Stages 1-15:

Set the opening that is associated with the activation of each fan stage.

Adjustable from 0 to 100%.

Opening Stages 1-14 Max:

Set the opening that is attained when a variable fan stage reaches its full

speed. Adjustable from 0 to 100%.

Max Opening:

Maximum opening of the air inlet that is reached beyond the last fan stage.

Adjustable from 0 to 100%.

Degrees to Max Opening:

Number of degrees required to reach the inlet’s maximum opening, from the

last reference point. Adjustable from 0.5 to 20.0°F (0.3 to 11.1°C).

Max Opening Mode:

Select the proper way for the inlet to reach its maximum opening stage.
