11.3 Setting the Alarm Limits

Temperature Alarm - Empty zone:
Temperature below which an alarm is
set off in an empty zone. Adjustable
from -40°F to 120°F (-40°C to
148.9°C).
Temperature Alarm - Low Alarm:
Room temperature below which an alarm is set off. Adjustable from 0.5 to
20 °F (0.3 to 11.1 °C) below the room set point.
Temperature Alarm - High Alarm:
Room temperature above which an alarm is set off. Adjustable from 0.5 to
20 °F (0.3 to 11.1 °C) above the room set point.
Temperature Alarm - Critical Alarm:
Absolute maximum room temperature above which an alarm is set off. Adjust-
able from 0.5 above the room set point to 120 ºF (48.9 °C).
The critical temperature is only displayed if an outside temperature probe is used (s. 4.4).
Water Spill Limit:
Maximum allowable water consumption within a 15 minute delay. Adjustable
from 0 to 10,000 gallons or liters / 15 minutes.
Only accessible if the water counter is activated (s. 4.5.1).
Static Pressure (SP) Alarms:
Only accessible if the static pressure probe has been enabled (s. 4.4).
Low Alarm: Adjustable from 0.01”WC below the Hi SP limit to 0.00 ”WC.
High Alarm: Adjustable from 0.01”WC above the Lo SP limit to 0.40 ”WC.
Delay : The SP alarm is set off if the alarm condition is maintained during
this delay. Adjustable from 0 to 15 minutes in increments of 15 seconds.
