Mixolab
1. Remove the left and right casings (see op. 1-1) , as well as the
central casing (see op. 1-2) .
2. Proceed to the dismantling of the wired motor (see op. 6-1) .
3. Proceed to the dismantling of the motor coupling (see op. 6-4) .
4. Unscrew then remove the torquemeter cable ( A ).
5. Dismount the torquemeter support (see op. 6-5) .
6. Remove the torquemeter from the distribution block.
Carefully collect the key ( B ) from the torquemeter axle.
For installing the torquemeter, take care to following points:
- When re-installing the torquemeter support, the support base shall
be kept parallel to the chassis: before tightening the screw, place a
gauge of the appropriate thickness (same as washer’s) under the
support other extremity (
C ).
- Before mechanically connecting the torquemeter, each of its axles
shall be coated with silicone thermal compound 1201 (
D ).
- The torquemeter axles shall be perfectly aligned with the others
and driving the whole line should be performed smoothly and uni-
formly (manually turn the encoder wheel to check this).
- The coupling set screws shall be blocked using weak thread lock-
ing (Loctite 222).
- Calibrate the torquemeter
(see op. 11-10) .
