Mixolab
1. Remove the left and right casings (see op. 1-1) .
2. Remove the silicone mastic ( A ) which seals the temperature
sensor to the white plastic plate.
3. Unplug the "Safety and temperature measurement" connector
(Pt100 temperature sensor) on the CPU board (
B ), then cut
the cable tie.
4. Remove the temperature sensor from the heating plate ( C ).
5. Coat the new sensor with silicon heat conductive compound
and insert it into the heating plate.
6. Put some silicone mastic on the temperature sensor visible
portion at the white plastic plate level.
7. Re-plug the "Safety and temperature measurement" connector
on the CPU board, then secure the cable a cable tie.
8. Calibrate the temperature sensor (see op. 11-2) .
9. Reinstall the left and right Mixolab casings (see op. 1-1) .
