Chapter 3   Repair

Maintenance manual 

MM-MIXO-EN Ind. 0

Mixolab

Note:  This operation shall be carried out after pump replacement or 

upon the product support request. 

1.

Remove the right casing 

(see op. 1-1)

.

2.

Set the pump on mechanical stop (

A

) (do not buckle the metal-

lic support) and turn back 1/2 turn.

3.

Run the MIXOLAB program and acknowledge the error mes-
sage.

4.

Go to the maintenance menu.

5.

On the pump icon click on the corner coloured in brown (

B

).

6.

A new dialog box pops up. Click on "Yes".

7.

Wait for the pump to calculate the number of steps.
