Mixolab
First turn off the Mixolab and disconnect the mains supply.
1. Remove the right casing (see op. 1-1) .
2. Reconnect the mains supply.
3. Switch on the Mixolab.
Presence of 230 Vac inside the unit.
4. Check on the maintenance screen that the speed is set to 80
rpm (
A ) or 250 rpm (use arrows to adjust if needed).
5. Click on "On" to start the motor: the motor should start and its
encoder wheel rotate (
B ).
6. Apply the tachometer directly to the motor shaft end ( C ).
7. Read the speed measured with the tachometer: it should be
960 rpm ±24 (i.e. 80 rpm ±1% at kneading arm level) or 3000
rpm ±24 (i.e. 250 rpm ±1% at kneading arm level).
Note: If the speed measured is different from the speed setpoint in
the maintenance menu, the speed measurement made by
the Mixolab may be incorrect. In this case, check the encoder
wheel or the sensor.
8. Turn off the unit and disconnect the mains.
9. Re-install the right casing of the Mixolab (see op. 1-1) .
