Mixolab
1. Dismount the Mixolab bowl.
2. Undo the bowl assembling screws ( A ).
3. Remove the front plate ( B ).
4. Remove the two kneading arms ( C ).
5. Remove the rear plate ( D ).
6. Extract the bearings from the front and rear plates:
press on the bearing edge protruding from the plate (
E ) (front
or rear) in order to pre-extract the bearing, then pull it out by
mean of pliers.
7. For each plate, install manually the bearings in their holes ( F )
(the bearing flanges shall be mounted at the inner sides of the
plates), then turn the plates up side down and press on the
plates until the bearings are fully inserted in their hole (
G ) - do
not use a mallet.
The bearing flanges should protrude a little from the front and
rear plates: this is to prevent the kneading arms from
"machining" the plates.
Reinstalling the bowl is carried out in the reverse order.
Note that the kneading arms have a mounting direction (right and
left kneading arms); respect the keying shapes of the axles.
Take care to correctly remount the plates and bowl.
