ERR 51 "Motor blocked or speed
measurement problem!"
Speed measured = 0 rpm
Switch the Mixolab off and then on.
1 . If the kneading arms do not rotate:
■
Perform a test without bowl: if the
message is no more displayed, check the
bowl (chocking, kneading arms distortion,
condition of the two kneading arms
bearings) -> clean or replace as necessary
■
Remove covers and move the
transmission by hand using the motor
encoder disc. If the assembly is jammed or
rotates uneasily:
- readjust the alignment between motor and
bowl block,
- if the problem is not solved, find the failed
part (distribution block, motor, etc.) and
replace it
- check electrical connections between
motor and coil.
2 . If the kneading arms rotate:
■
Readjust the inductive sensor.
■
If the problem is not solved, replace the
inductive sensor.
