Mixolab
1. Check on the maintenance screen that the bowl temperature
setpoint on the Mixolab is set to 30˚C.
Then let the temperature stabilize for at least 15 minutes.
2. Place the Plain bowl in the bowl support and lock.
3. Place the thermometer in the plain bowl into the hole provided
(
A ).
4. Wait 10 min. then read the temperature on the thermometer.
5. Compare the thermometer temperature to the bowl tempera-
ture measured by the Mixolab (
B ): they should be the same at
± 0,5°C.
Note: If the temperatures are not the same, go to the maintenance
menu, and proceed as follows.
