ERR 31 "Mixolab electronic fault!"
Memory checksum or memory
access problem
■
Switch the Mixolab off and then on.
■
Problem on CPU board
- Check all connections on the Mixolab CPU
board
- Replace the CPU board if the problem is
not solved.

ERR 4 "Motor overload (torque too high)!"
Torque measured > 7.5 Nm
■
If necessary, wait for bowl cooling (until
Mixolab indicator light is green).
■
Insufficient water in the bowl during the
test: rectify.
■
Remove and check the bowl: choking,
kneading arms distortion, condition of the
two kneading arms bearings -> clean or
replace
■
Remove covers, disconnect the motor and
find the origin of "hard points":
- readjust the alignment between motor and
bowl block,
- if the problem is not solved, find the failed
part (coupling, distribution block, motor, etc.)
and replace it.
■
Wrong torque measurement:
- readjust torque measurement,
- if the problem is not solved, replace the
torquemeter or the CPU board.
