1. Remove the left and right casings (see op. 1-1) , as well as the
central casing (see op. 1-2) .
2. Proceed to the dismantling of the wired motor (see op. 6-1) .
3. Loosen the torquemeter-side coupling attachment screw ( A ).
4. Remove the coupling from the torquemeter axle ( B ).
Note: Carefully collect the key ( C ) from the torquemeter axle.
For installing the coupling, take care to following points:
- The motor shaft shall be perfectly aligned with the torquemeter
axle and driving the whole line should be performed smoothly and
uniformly (manually turn the encoder wheel to check this).
- The coupling set screws shall be blocked using weak thread lock-
ing (Loctite 222).
- Calibrate the torquemeter
(see op. 11-10) .
