To specify the partition number of the HDD to execute HD-CLEAR/HD-CHECK.

When executing HD-CLEAR/HD-CHECK
Adj/Set/Operate Method
Enter the setting value, and then press OK key.
Display/Adj/Set Range
0 to 65535
0: All partitions (only the areas where the operation can be executed)
1: PDL-related file storage area
2: Image data storage area
3: MEAP-related area
4: Not used
5 and 6: Image data storage area
7: General application temporary area (temporary file)
8: General application-related area
9: PDL spool data (temporary file)
10: SEND-related area
11: Update-related area
12: License-related area
13: System area
14: SWAP (temporary file/memory alternative area)
15 to 16: Not used
17: Debug log area
18: Advanced Box image data storage area
19: Print data storage area
20 to 65535: Not used
* When 4, 12, 13, 15 or 16 is set, nothing is cleared even if HD-CLEAR is executed.
* For 2, 5 and 6, HD-CLEAR/HD-CHECK is executed to all of the areas by selecting one of them.
* By selecting 8, HD-CLEAR/HD-CHECK is also executed to 7, 9, 11 and 17.
