Configuring and Operating the Function Key for Message Forwarding

A function selection dialog opens.

Select the voice mailbox - message forwarding defined function.

The current settings for assigning the key are displayed.

In the Number entry field, enter the number of the voice mailbox which is to be 
switched via the function key.
