Configuring and Operating Function Key for Call Forwarding for External Numbers

The current settings for defining the key are displayed.

Note: Call forwarding for the current configuration can only be enabled if call 
forwarding for the permanent configuration is disabled.

In the Telephone no entry field under Your own exchange line, enter the external 
phone number to be forwarded on the PBX (with a prefix). The following entries are

switch over: Pressing the key switches call forwarding on no reply for external 
numbers over.

permanent configuration: Call forwarding on no reply for external numbers is 
enabled, disabled or switched over in the permanent configuration.

current configuration: Call forwarding on no reply for external numbers is 
enabled, disabled or switched over only in the current configuration.
