How to Replace
●
Always replace two cutting blades at the same time. If a new cutting
blade is used together with an old cutting blade, abnormal vibration may
occur and cause the machine to break down.
1. Open or remove the cutting-blade cover on the
right side of the machine. (Refer to p. 78 of this
manual.)
2. Fix the knife stay (R792E) not to rotate.
3. Use a socket wrench of 22mm to remove the
upper lock nut (M14) and then remove the lower
lock nut (M14).
4. Pull out the knife lock bolt and remove the knife.
5. Prepare a new knife set. (Optional parts: Refer
to P.91 of this manual).
6. Insert the knife lock bolt and install the cutting
blade.
7. Fix the knife stay (R792E) not to rotate.
