How to Work

■

Inspecting/Replacing the Cutting Blade

●

Make sure to stop the engine before inspecting or replacing

the cutting blade.

●

When handling the cutting blade, wear thick gloves to prevent

injury.

●

When replacing the cutting blade, make sure to specify the

manufacturer’s genuine blade. The warranty does not cover any

breakdown or accident resulting from use of a cutting blade other than

manufacturer’s genuine blade.

●

Don’t grind the cutting blade. The blade may break, which brings

a very dangerous situation.

How to Inspect

1. Turn the ignition key to the “Off” position to stop

the engine, and remove the key from the engine
switch.

2. Shift the cutting-height adjustment lever to the

“Start Engine” position.

3. Open the cutting-blade cover after making sure

that the turning of cutting blade stops.

4. Inspect the cutting blade for breakage and wear.
