How to Remove the Cutting-Blade Cover
●
When the inspection/replacement is completed, make sure to
reinstall the cutting-blade cover on the machine. If the engine
starts or machine works without the cover, the dangerous parts
will remain exposed, which brings a very dangerous situation.
Warning
The cutting-blade cover on the right side of the machine is designed for easy
installation and removal to facilitate inspection and replacement of the cutting
blade. If the cover does not need to be removed, use the lock bolt (M6) to lock the
removal/installation lever.
1. Remove the lock bolt (M6) which
fi
xing removal/
installation lever.
2. Move the cutting-blade cover to the “Closed”
position and remove the split pin. Pay attention
not to loose the removed split pin.
3. Move the removal/installation lever to the
arrowed direction and remove the support on the
rear side. Then, pull the cutting-blade cover and
move the cutting-blade cover to backward, then,
remove it.
Install the cover by following the same
procedure in reverse order.
