1. Shift the cutting-height adjustment lever to the

“Start Engine” position.

2. Loosen the lock nut and turn the adjusting bolt

until the tip of switch is pushed onto the nut

surface. After the adjustment, tighten up the lock

nut to

x adjusting bolt.

(2) Adjusting the Safety Switch for the Cutting Blade

(3) Adjusting the Safety Switch for the Seat

When the safety switch brakes down, ask the “dealer from which you purchased your
Ride-on Bush Cutter” to inspect the machine and make adjustment.

(4) Inspecting the Operation of Each Safety Switch

Check the movement of the tip of safety switch
and if it is defective, apply spray grease on the
moving part. If the movement is not smooth,
replace the safety switch.
