3. Secure the front arm mounting bracket with the cap
screws and lock nuts. Tighten to 20 ft-lb.

4. Install the rear arm cap screw (if necessary); then
install the rear arm stop bushing cap screw. Tighten
only until snug.

5. Install the cap screw (if removed) and lock nut secur-
ing the rear shock pivot axle assembly to the slide
rails. Tighten only until snug.

6. Secure the front arm shock axle to the rail with the
cap screw (if removed), washers, and the lock nut.
Tighten only until snug.

7. Install the cap screws securing the three rail supports
to the slide rail. Tighten to 20 ft-lb.
8. Return to steps 4-6 and tighten cap screws and lock
nuts to 40 ft-lb.
9. Position the rear arm spring to the rear arm and place
the spring into the slide block; then place the spring
slide and slide block assembly into position on the
slide rail. Secure with a cap screw and washer.
Tighten to 34 ft-lb.

10. Secure the idler wheel mounting blocks with the cap
screws and lock nuts. Tighten to 20 ft-lb; then secure
the idler wheels to the mounting blocks with existing
hardware. Tighten to 20 ft-lb.
