Interface Specifications

When counter stop is used (increment of 1)
*12 Do not change the counter input while marking-in-progress output is ON.
*13 A counter stop input is confirmed at the rising edge of marking start input.
*14 The counter value is increased or decreased during marking.
If multiple counters are used under the same conditions for a single layout and if
marking is stopped halfway, the counter values may not be the same.
