12.4 Protective Glass Inspection and Replacement

Make sure that any flaw or foreign particle is not attached on the protective glass.
If any flaw or foreign particle is not attached, remove them with the air blow or ethanol.

Fit a new protective glass into the protective glass holder's stepped section.

Reattach the protective glass holder.
Be careful not to drop the protective glass, as it may break.

The protective glass may be damaged if it is not properly fitted into the stepped
section.

Depending on the protective glass, be careful of its orientation.

Be careful not to attach flaws or fingerprints on the protective glass.
