If the power is turned ON and OFF
*7 Laser start input is valid while startup ready output is ON, and the LD switches on during the
rising edge. During the falling edge, the LD switches off.
*8 If laser startup input is turned OFF when the LD is ON, startup ready output switches off during
LD cooldown. Additionally, after the LD switches off, do not turn the MAIN POWER switch OFF
while the LD cooldown message is displayed on the computer monitor.
