■
Control Unit
Refer to the following figure when determining a location to install the Control Unit. For more efficient
cooling, choose a location where the marker is not too close to the walls. Additionally, make sure the
front of the unit is easily accessible.
Required Clearance and Mass Support:
6.1 Installation Requirements
Vibration or impact may cause misalignment of the optical axis, reductions in laser power,
disconnection or looseness of electrical components, or may damage the equipment in other
ways. Always use the specified packaging material (pack the dedicated packing box in a
wooden frame for overseas transportation) to prevent vibration or impact, especially during
transport or relocation. Do not transport the marker while it is installed on an automatic unit.
Note that if the marker is subjected to even weak vibration over an extended period, the
electrical components and laser processing quality be may affected.
A. Clearance on top
At least 500 mm
B. Clearance on both sides
At least 220 mm
C. Clearance in back
At least 350 mm
D. Mass
44 kg

・
The optical fiber and the RF connecting cable cannot be disconnected from the Head Unit
and the Control Unit.
・
Ensure the bending radius of the optical fiber at the back of Head Unit and Control Unit is at
least 150 mm.
・
When moving the Control Unit, at least two people must hold the unit. Do not hold the unit
by projection parts such as the optical fiber, other cables, the optical fiber guide, etc.
・
Avoid pinching your fingers between the casters. Do not hold the unit by the casters on the
bottom.
