Command Details
(1) CUR/CUW (Current)
Read/Write the LD current set on the system.
The setting increment is 0.1%.
(2) LOR/LOW (Current offset)
Read/Write the LD current offset set on the system.
The setting increment is 1%.
(3) SPR/SPW (Marking speed)
Read/Write the marking speed set on the system.
The setting increment is 0.01 mm/s.
(4) PUR/PUW (QSW Frequency)
Read/Write the QSW frequency set on the system.
The setting increment is 0.1 kHz.
(5) RTR/RTW (Axial rotation angle)
Read/Write the axial rotation angle at which all layout data is rotated.
The setting increment is 0.000001°.
(6) XOR/XOW (X-axis offset)
Read/Write the X-axis offset for all the layout data.
The setting increment is 1 µm.
(7) YOR/YOW (Y-axis offset)
Read/Write the Y-axis offset for all layout data.
The setting increment is 1 µm.
