When the power frequency which is supplied to Out door Unit detects lower than
45Hz or higher than 65Hz for more than 1minute at power ON, the error condition
is output.

External cause
Incorrect wiring or connection of connection power cable.
AC power voltage is out of specification. Noise Interference.
If the connection cable other than specified one was used.
