Maintenance
Routine
maintenance
consists
of
replacing
a
defectiv
e
line
fuse,
cleaning
the
air
lter,
cleaning
the
cabinet,
and
cleaning
the
display
.
These
items
are
discussed
in
the
follo wing
paragraphs.

panel

the
sw
ept
signal
generator
next
to
the
fuse
holder.

The
detac
hable

er
cord
is
the
instrumen
t
disconnecting
device.
It
disconnects
the
mains
circuits
from
the
mains
supply
b efore
other
parts
of
the
instrumen
t.
The
fron
t
panel
switch
is
only
a
standb
y
switch
and
is
not
a
LINE
switch.

Using
a
small
at-blade
screwdriver,
rotate
the
fuse
cap
coun
ter-clo
c
kwise,
and
remov
e
the
fuse
holder.
4.
Replace
the
original
fuse.
5.
Replace
the
fuse
holder
in
the
rear
panel.
Using
the
screwdriver,
rotate
the
fuse
cap
clo
c
kwise
to
secure
the
fuse
holder
in
place.
6.
Reconnect
the
sw
ept
signal
generator
to
line
p o
w
er.
