Description
This hardk ey lets y ou turn o (blank) the active en try area and
disable the ARR OW k eys, rotary knob, and en try k eys. When
an y function k ey (hard or soft) is pressed, the active en try area is
reactiv ated. The y ello w LED, ENTR Y ON, next to 4 ENTRY ON/OFF 5
indicates whether the en try area is active (LED on=active).

Description
This softkey enables the sw ept signal generator to act as a con troller
to an HP/Agilent 437B p o w er meter. This softkey causes an
immediate execute on the in terface bus and generates an GPIB error
if no p o w er meter is presen t on the in terface bus or if the sw ept
signal generator is unable to address the p o w er meter. Use external
detector calibration to c haracterize and comp ensate for an external
negative dio de detector used in an external lev eling conguration.
