Load busbar monitoring
The Load busbar monitoring module calculates the sheddable power corresponding to
each priority, total shed load inhibited by system and total shed load inhibited by
operator for each subnetwork.
This module receives the power value

loads from each LDMMXU function.
Shed priority p (p = 1...19) of sheddable load 1...5 and sheddable load 6 ...10 are
