Action

Lift the motor and put it on the guide pins as close
as possible to its final position without pushing
the motor pinion into the gear.

24 VDC power supply

To release the brakes, connect the 24 VDC power
supply.

Connect to R3.MP1/R3.MP2/R3.MP3-connector:

•

+ = pin 2

•

- = pin 5

Rotation tool: 3HAB7887-1

Use the rotation tool to rotate the pinion when
mating it into the gear.

Leave the rotation tool and 24 VDC power supply
connected for play adjustment.

Hex socket head cap screw: M8x25
8.8-A3F

Fit the attachment screws and washers. Tighten
by hand.

Plain washer: 8.4x16x1.6 steel-A2F

Remove the guide pins and fit the remaining two
screws and washers. Tighten by hand.
Do not tighten with a torque yet.
