Refitting the cable harness

Use these procedures to refit the cable harness.

Refitting the cable harness

Cable harness: 3HAC060469-001.

Place the new cable harness inside the base unit.

Push through the connectors for axis-1, axis-2
and axis-3 motors to the motor units.

DANGER

Check the labels on the motor cables, to make
sure the correct cabling is routed to the correct
motor.

Cable ties

Tie the cabling with cable ties inside the base unit.

CAUTION

Be aware of the pinch points where the cabling
passes next to the gear flanges. Route and tie the
cable to avoid pinching between the flange and
the gear unit during refitting later on.

Reconnect the signal lamp connectors H1 and
H2.

Reconnect the brake release connector.
