Find NBX telephony components that have a user name
assigned to them on their associated NCP that matches the
entered user name.
The user name of an NBX telephony component is a
combination of the first name and last name configured for the
component on their associated NCP.

Find NBX telephony components that have a user title assigned
to them on their associated NCP that matches the entered user
title.
