URAL-4320-0611-10 and URAL-4320-0611-31 trucks
equipped by a
wooden platform body and a canopy intended for cargo transportation.
The chassis-cabs with the similar specifications (including chassis-cabs for
wagon bodies) are manufactured on the basis of the trucks. The trucks with various
complete sets, i.e. those with a winch or without it, having a different location of the
spare wheel holder: behind the cab, at the rear of the chassis frame (with an upright
or horizontal arrangement) or trucks without a holder, but having a temporary fas-
tening on the chassis frame, with power take-off from the gearbox (PTO) or trans-
fer box (auxiliary PTO), with a drawbar available for towing semi-trailers or without
it, can be produced.
It is allowed to use the trucks with pull-type systems, which have air outlets
as per GOST R 50023 Standard and electric outlets as per GOST 9200 (version II),
the brake system air outlet as per GOST 4364 Standard, the brake systems as per
GOST R 41.13 Standard, a gross weight, corresponding to the specifications, and a
drawbar for trailers as per GOST 2349 Standard or a coupling pivot as per GOST R
41.55 Standard for semi-trailers having “A” diameter as per GOST 12017 Standard
that is equal to 50.8 mm and mounting dimensions as per GOST 12105 Standard for
rated load on the fifth wheel from 49.0 kN (5.0 tf) to 83.4 kN (8.5 tf).
The trailers, models 782B (2PN-4M), GKB-8350, and OdAZ-935, OdAZ-
9370 semi-trailers – for URAL-44202-0311-31 trucks are the main trailers and
semi-trailers for the said trucks and bolster trucks.
On the basis of URAL trucks and chassis various products (tank trucks, crane
trucks, oil field equipment, vans, etc.) are manufactured as well. All comments and
proposals regarding their work should be referred to manufacturers of those prod-
ucts.
Mounting of various equipment and mechanisms onto the truck and its chassis
is allowed only after agreeing it upon with
the Engineering Department of the
“URAL” Automobile Works
. Otherwise, a customer shall be deprived to make any
claims relating to premature failure of truck components.
Marking of URAL trucks and chassis-cabs
comprises the truck marking as a
whole transport means, marking of the chassis and cab as constituent parts of the
transport means and engine marking.
The truck as a whole transport means is marked on the manufacturer’s plate
fixed to the r.h. panel of the cab bonnet nearby the foot step. The plate contains the
trade mark, a truck model with indication of its complete set, VIN identification
number (17 symbols), and an engine model.
