Call Duration (incoming, outgoing, or transfer) must be 10 seconds (minimum) to generate a call record printout 
with Release 3 and lower.  It can be 1.0 or 10 seconds with Release 4 (see Program 60-2).
“MSS”: designates a Direct Inward System Access (DISA) CO call to a station that is not answered; or, answered 
after 10 seconds.  With Release 3 and lower, if a station answers a DISA call before 10 seconds elapse, 
the call will register as a normal incoming call (1.0 or 10 seconds with Release 4, depending on 
Program 60-2).  DISA calls always register 05 ~ 06 seconds ring before answer duration time.
“MODM”: designates a call to the IMDU, Remote Maintenance Modem.
“DISA”: designates a DISA call thru the system via CO to CO connection.
Field column information is provided for SMDR output formatting purposes.
The call record data is ASCII-formatted, 8 bits; no parity, 1-stop bit.
Special dial printout:
  Tone = "T"
  Long pause = "L"
  Flash = "F"
  Pause = "P"

" indicates that the call was disconnected by the Central Office Calling Party Control (CPC) or Automatic
