Model 400E Ozone Analyzer
Instruction Manual

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE & PROCEDURES

P/N 04316 Rev: B

Carefully remove the retaining ring, PTFE o-ring, glass filter cover and filter

element.

Replace the filter, being careful that the element is fully seated and centered in

the bottom of the holder.

Re-install the PTFE o-ring with the notches up, the glass cover, then screw on

the retaining ring and hand tighten. Inspect the seal between the edge of filter

and the o-ring to assure a proper seal.

Re-start the Analyzer.

9.3.2.

Rebuilding the Sample Pump

The diaphragm in the sample pump periodically wears out and must be replaced. A

sample rebuild kit is available – see Appendix B of this manual for the part number

of the pump rebuild kit. Instructions and diagrams are included with the kit.

Always perform a Flow and Leak Check after rebuilding the Sample Pump.
