Synergy 1 and Synergy 100 Maintenance Guide (v16-S1)

3. Secure the data and power cables with tie wraps as appropriate to keep them from 

interfering with any other cables or components.

This completes the procedure for installing the USB controller power cable.

Closing the Synergy 1 Switcher Panel

Use the following procedure to close the Synergy 1 control panel:

1. Raise the panel top up to a vertical position so that it meets the panel bottom.

Raising the Panel Top

2. Secure the two halves of the switcher panel together with screws through the panel 

bottom into the panel top.

Securing the Switcher Panel With Screws

Important

Be careful not to pinch any cables as you are raising the panel top. If 
any cables interfere with the raising of the panel top, secure them 
safely out of the way with tie wraps.
