Synergy 1 and Synergy 100 Maintenance Guide (v16-S1)

Your panel should now look similar to the following photograph. Major components for 
this procedure are identified to help you orient this photograph with your panel.

Open Switcher Panel

This completes the procedure for opening the Synergy 1 switcher:

Replacing the EEPROM

The EEPROM that needs to be replaced is located on the 

Panel CPU Board

 (4216A-033). This board 

is located on the switcher panel bottom.

Use the following procedure to replace the EEPROM in your Synergy 1 switcher: 

1. Locate the EEPROM on the 

Panel CPU Board

 (4216A-033). It is located near the red 

reset button and is marked 

U61

.
