Warranty conditions
REA Elektronik GmbH guarantees that the product supplied by REA is free from
material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the period of time
specified in the order confirmation. The warranty claims become null and void if the
device is not installed, handled and used according to the instructions in the supplied
documentation.
Repairs under warranty
If the purchased REA device no longer functions perfectly within the aforementioned
warranty period, REA Elektronik will repair it without cost to the customer. In order to
prevent any unnecessary costs, we recommend carefully reviewing all of the
information provided in the operating instructions prior to sending in the device.
Returning a defective device for repair
In the event of a defective device being returned for repairs, the device must be
uninstalled as described in the manual and sent back in the original packaging as used
in the delivery to you, the customer. The returning party bears the costs of shipping
and the shipment should be insured to cover the value of the device.
After the repairs under warranty have been completed by REA Elektronik GmbH or the
authorised REA partner, the device will be returned to the recipient at no charge.
Express deliveries can be honoured on request. Any additional costs thereby incurred
will always be invoiced. If the device is not returned to REA in the original packaging,
REA will use new original packaging for the return and issue a separate invoice for this
packaging.

General warranty terms and conditions
REA Elektronik GmbH is not liable for any indirect collateral and consequential losses,
including losses that result in lost profits or production losses, delivery delays, market
losses or increased service and business expenditure, etc.
Customer service after expiry of the warranty period
The REA customer service continues to be available to customers after the warranty
period and for the entire service life of their devices. To request customer or device
services, please contact REA Elektronik GmbH or your designated REA partner.
Following device end-of-life, a repair service is offered for a limited period. Due to
issues affecting the availability of parts, a minimum period cannot be specified for this
repair service.
