You must have available a detailed list of all 5ESS switch indices digit
strings assigned to ACD entities for the customer site in order to create
records in the Provision table. The Lucent Technologies 5ESS Call Center Survey
and/or Net-VU Internet ACD Reference Guide assist in gathering and organizing
the required information.
