4.2.1.3
MAX_ACDMIS_SESSIONS
Purpose
The
MAX_ACDMIS_SESSIONS
office parameter is used to engineer ACD MIS for a maximum number
of simultaneous MIS sessions.
Provisioning
MAX_ACDMIS_SESSIONS
has the following range of values:
•
Minimum
0
•
Maximum
60
DMS SuperNode and NT-40 applications
32
NT-40 applications
•
Default
5
!
The value should never exceed the value of office parameter
NOS_QUANTITY_OF_SVCS.
Since applications other than ACD MIS use remote operations (RO), there may be situations where ACD
MIS does not support 32 sessions for NT-40 and 60 sessions for SuperNode. Specifically, the maximum
number of ACD MIS sessions allowed on a switch is equal to the number of
MAX_ACDMIS_SESSIONS
or
NOS_QUANTITY_OF_SVCS
minus the number of active RO sessions which are not ACD MIS
related.
?
There is no dependency between
MAX_ACDMIS_SESSIONS
office parameter and
NOS_QUANTITY_OF_SVCS
office parameter
.
Over provisioning may affect the ACD MIS session response time. This parameter should be set to
greater than 15 only when there will be more than 15 simultaneous ACD MIS sessions.
Activation
Activation requires a warm restart.
