Request Switch Initialization
This option allows the user to simultaneously request initialization data from all Centrex ACD switches,
Net-VU switch engines and InterLink ports immediately, scheduled one time or scheduled daily.
A previously scheduled initialization request can be canceled at any time.

Switch initialization data. Data collection and Real-Time
updates will be suspended until the communication is
re-established between the ACD MIS and the Switch links
and after the Switch initialization data has been received.
