Shut Down ACD MIS
This function should be performed whenever you must access the SCO OpenServer (UNIX) operating
system without the ACD MIS running.

Do not
use this procedure prior to powering down or before rebooting the VU-ACD/100.
Instead use the procedure described in Section 2.1.2.2.
Data collection ceases after shut down. Refer to Section 2.1.3 for instructions on restarting the ACD
MIS.

ACD MIS.
Shutdown ACD MIS
This selection will shut down the ACD MIS processes without shutting
down the UNIX operating system. This selection is used for system
maintenance tasks such as software updates or problem diagnosis.
If you want to reboot or power down the computer you must choose
Option 2 from the Maintenance Menu.
******CAUTION******
Shutting down the ACD MIS processes will stop all data collection.
