First download the appropriate software for the device you want to control. Note that even with the correct software, some
products will not be compatible and cannot be controlled using the FOMA terminal.

●

Remote control software for the FOMA terminal can be downloaded from the sites listed in the iMenu.

●

You cannot use the infrared remote control function during Self mode.

Using remote control

●

Point the FOMA terminal directly at the remote control sensor on the TV, etc. while using it as a remote control. The
FOMA terminal’s remote control is effective over distances of up to 4 meters directly in front of the TV, etc., but this may
vary depending on the ambient light level.

If there is no matching software for the received activation data, a message appears saying that the specified software could not be found.
