Note: A remote loopback establishes a loopback for the far end. The far
end must run C7BERT to test the quality of the link.

Inform personnel at the far end that the remote loopback is active and the
far-end personnel can begin their tests. After the far-end tests are finished,
release the loopback. Type

and press the Enter key.
