Each switch in U49 corresponds to one of the address lines 9 through 5.
The address line number is printed next to the corresponding switch on
the interface board. Press the side marked 0 to select a binary value of
0 for the corresponding address bit. Press the side marked 1 to select a
binary value of 1 for the corresponding address bit. Figure C-2 shows
the default configuration 300 hex.

To change the base I/O address, remove the plastic cover on U49, press
each switch to the desired position, check each switch to make sure it is
pressed all the way, and replace the plastic cover.
