The settings used for this example are summarized as follows:

The trigger sequence consists of just one GPIB pattern occurring
one time, with no output pulse to be sent to the TRG OUT
connector.

•

The trigger action specified is

TRIGGER

with

position:

TTTTT

and the trigger point is positioned at the center of the

capture buffer (noted by the

). This configuration means that the

GPIB-410 will trigger the capture mechanism at the moment that
the Trigger Spec is satisfied so that the capture operation can be
adjusted accordingly (more on this in step 3).
