GPIB-410 User Manual

Chapter 3
Software Overview

                                                                                                      

This chapter contains general information about the GPIB-410 software,
including an introduction to the two windows of operation (monitor and
analyzer).  There is also an overview of the menu screens and operation
modes, and the input conventions used throughout the software.

To become familiar with the windows and menus of the GPIB-410
software, start the GPIB-410 program by entering the following
command.

gpib410

<Enter>

The Monitor/Analyzer Main Menu screen is the first screen to appear.
Notice that the screen is divided into two windows:  the monitor and the
analyzer.  An example of this screen is shown in Figure 3-1.
