The line number of the first line of the measurement conditions part relative to the beginning of the file can
be calculated with the formula shown below, denoting the number of data items (DataNum) for sequence

These refer to the Y1 axis and Y2 axis of the graph. According to the graph settings at the time the file was
saved, the contents are stored in the relative line number 19 (Graph GraphYaxis on the relative line number
19 on the measurement conditions part. Unless the graph X axis is SWEEP, Y1 is the X axis and Y2 is the
Y axis.
