[SLOW SWEEP] – [VARIATION] : Set the threshold value for the amount of change.
This sets the threshold value for the amount of parameter change that is regarded as a sudden change. The
value stored internally for each parameter type that is set by [TYPE] .

R, a, b : The setting range is from 0 to 600 Vrms and the resolution is 3 digits or
1 µV, whichever is greater.
