5.14.3 Touch panel adjustment
Touch panel adjustment is done when there is a difference between the location on the screen that is
touched and the position that is recognized by the instrument. It is not normally necessary to perform the
adjustment. The adjustment procedure is described below.
1) Select

[TOUCH ADJUST] and press the ENTER key. The adjustment confirmation
message will be displayed. Tap on the OK button to begin adjustment.
2) When the following message is displayed, tap two times consecutively anywhere on the screen.
Tap this monitor twice to start setting.
Press the Enter or Exc button to end.
To cancel the adjustment process, tap on ENTER or CANCEL /ESC key. The adjustment screen
will close and the display will return to the
【
Other
】
dialog.
3) A red mark such as illustrated below will be displayed. Use your finger to tap at the center of the
mark.
When you tap on the mark, the mark will then be displayed at another location. Tap at the center of
the new mark. The mark will be displayed a total of four times in the upper, lower, left, and right
parts of the screen.
You can cancel the adjustment process by tapping
CANCEL /ESC
key. If you cancel in that way,
the adjustment results up to that time will be cleared and the instrument will be returned to the state
before adjustment was begun.
4) After you tap at the four locations, the message shown below will be displayed. Tap on the
OK
button to complete the touch panel adjustment
